# Groups

Groups is Ultra. A group is a collection of **whole sites** with a combined dashboard. [Segments](/docs/analytics/segments) slice **paths inside one site**. Use a group for “all my client blogs.” Use a segment for “just /docs.”

From the sites list, **Groups**. **New Group**. Name, optional description, icon or image, accent colour, which sites to include. **All sites (separate)** vs **All sites (combined)** is the default view. You can pin a group on the dashboard.

The group dashboard is the same shape as a site: chart, paths, journeys, and the rest, rolled up.

Admins on a team cannot manage groups. The account **Owner** can. See [teams](/docs/account/teams).
